Every night Amelia goes to bed with a routine that I wish i could emulate, she just gets right down there, after her bottle, and starts doing one handed push-ups.
She's such a showoff about it too, like its not big deal. Well you know what little one? Daddy might not be able to do a one handed push-up anymore but, um...yeah.
"I know dad, I still love you!"
